Metaloumin is one of the pioneering aluminum extrusion industries in Greece, with continuous presence and expertise since 1969. Through decades of technical know-how and consistent investment in quality, we provide integrated solutions that meet the evolving demands of modern industry and construction.
Our privately owned facilities cover a total area of 23,000 sq.m., including offices, showroom, and modern production units. Strategically located in the heart of the Attica region, adjacent to the Athens–Thessaloniki National Highway (Metamorfosi Bridge), we benefit from immediate access to the national road network as well as the Port of Piraeus. This strategic position ensures speed, flexibility, and reliability in serving both the Greek and international markets.

Manufacturing Facilities & Mechanical Equipment
Manufacturing Facilities
Metaloumin operates state-of-the-art industrial facilities equipped with next-generation mechanical systems, designed in line with Industry 4.0 principles.
A key highlight is the innovative hybrid ageing oven powered by electricity or gas, ensuring precise temperature control, high energy efficiency, and superior final product quality. The combination of advanced technology, automation, and specialized know-how guarantees consistency, accuracy, and high performance at every stage of the production process.
Metaloumin’s facilities were built gradually, in stages with a total building area of 6,000 sq.m.
Τhe load-bearing body of the older buildings is made of reinforced concrete, while the subsequent extensions have been constructed on metal frame.
Mechanical Equipment
The core mechanical equipment includes:
- Press with a production of 5,000 kg/8 hours
- Powder coating unit with a production of 7,000 kg/8 hours
Powder Coating Unit
Metaloumin operates a modern powder coating unit, fully integrated into its production process, ensuring complete quality control and fast service.
The facility includes two dedicated coating cabins:
- One exclusively for white shades
- One for other colors and special super-durable coatings
Profile pre-treatment is carried out through controlled surface preparation processes designed to ensure:
- Maximum coating adhesion
- Enhanced resistance to corrosion and harsh environmental conditions
- Long-term color stability and durability
In addition, Metaloumin operates a fully equipped laboratory for coating development and quality control, where testing and measurements are performed to ensure compliance with technical specifications and durability standards.
The integration of extrusion and coating expertise enables the company to deliver complete, high-performance aluminum solutions with extended service life.
Human Resources
Human capital is the most valuable asset of Metaloumin and the cornerstone of its long-standing growth.
42% of our personnel are university graduates, of whom 80% hold degrees from engineering schools, ensuring a high level of technical expertise, engineering knowledge, and scientific approach throughout the production process.
At the same time, a significant part of our core technical workforce has been with the company for many years, reflecting accumulated experience and practical specialization, team stability and operational continuity and a strong relationship of trust and long-term commitment between the company and its employees.
