Metaloumin was the first company in Greece to develop a comprehensive range of mounting systems suitable for all types of photovoltaic panels. Furthermore, it pioneered the development of a Greek-designed Solar Tracker system, engineered to follow the sun’s trajectory and maximize energy yield.
Building on this expertise, the company has developed AgriPV Tracker systems, combining agricultural use with photovoltaic energy production. Design & Engineering Department

Metaloumin operates a fully equipped Design Department, supported by state-of-the-art digital design tools, advanced engineering software, and 3D printing capabilities. The department is staffed by highly qualified scientific and technical personnel, ensuring precision, innovation, and rapid product development.

Machining Services & Packaging

Integrated Processing & Supply Capabilities
Metaloumin offers comprehensive machining and processing services, ensuring fully integrated production for photovoltaic systems and custom aluminum profiles.
Our equipment includes:

  • Specialized machinery for the processing of photovoltaic mounting systems and custom-designed profiles
  • Louver and thermal break processing machines (punching, serration, stapling, fastening)
  • Dedicated production lines for components used in fixed mounting systems, Solar Trackers, and tailor-made aluminum components

Through advanced machining capabilities and precise processing methods, we ensure dimensional accuracy, repeatability, and high assembly performance.

Warehousing & Packaging

Metaloumin maintains extensive warehouse facilities for raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products. This enables:

Packaging solutions are designed according to project specifications, ensuring safe transport and efficient on-site handling.

Powder Coating Unit

Metaloumin operates a modern powder coating unit, fully integrated into its production process, ensuring complete quality control and fast service.

The facility includes two dedicated coating cabins:

  • One exclusively for white shades
  • One for other colors and special super-durable coatings

Profile pre-treatment is carried out through controlled surface preparation processes designed to ensure:

  • Maximum coating adhesion
  • Enhanced resistance to corrosion and harsh environmental conditions
  • Long-term color stability and durability

In addition, Metaloumin operates a fully equipped laboratory for coating development and quality control, where testing and measurements are performed to ensure compliance with technical specifications and durability standards.
The integration of extrusion and coating expertise enables the company to deliver complete, high-performance aluminum solutions with extended service life.

International Markets & Export Experience

Metaloumin products are found in Greece, abroad, and overseas, in residences, hotels, commercial, industrial, and military facilities, general and special-purpose public buildings (like schools and hospitals), P/V power stations, etc. In tough natural and/or business environments, even extreme climatic conditions. Notable examples are P/V stations in Chile, at a 4,300m altitude, and in the United Arab Emirates, on a tidal coastline. Similar cases, demanding technological know-how and reliability, are the P/V stations of Dubai Airport (6,000 sq.m.), the Apple roof in Saudi Arabia, and the water repositories of Malta.
