Completion of First Aid Seminars for METALOUMIN personnel, in accordance
with New Law 5239/2025

The intensive training program for the provision of First Aid in the workplace by METALOUMIN employees was completed with absolute success. The session was carried out in collaboration with the company HELLECON SERVICES, fully attuning the company’s non-negotiable safety-at-work values with the requirements of the current new Legal Framework (art. 39 of Law 5239/2025).

The new legislative rule mandates training staff in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
(CPR) and the Heimlich Maneuver.

For facilities employing more than 50 people, the law requires certification of at least
50% of employees, with a maximum participation limit of 15–20 people per
department, to ensure training quality.

The METALOUMIN schedule lasted four days in total and covered all company departments. Training combined theoretical instruction with extensive practice:

• CPR: An individual practical test was carried out by each participant on a special human replica of the training company.
• Heimlich Maneuver: Workers practiced the technique in pairs to deal with asphyxiating immediately.
• First Aid for Children and Infants: Through a projector presentation, specialized variations of the above life-saving techniques for young children and infants were analyzed.

Response of METALOUMIN staff was universal and particularly positive.

Employees expressed complete satisfaction with presentation quality, emphasizing the importance of such initiatives, expressing their strong interest in participating in future similar information actions that promote safety both in the workplace and in society.
